Sender must write his / her name below the article sent, along with mail ID to receive a response. The decision of the editors to put any article / issue in the Portal or not is final. The views expressed shall be solely of the sender /writer. Once published, one can send messages and tweets as well, to concerned Ministries giving reference of the portal for details as Ministries accept only 500 characters.
